Create an Alumni Fellows program that works just like the current World Fellows program. Identify 15-20 alumni under 40 who are clearly going to be leaders in this country or abroad and provide them with the same opportunity and curriculum that the World Fellows are studying. In fact, BRING THEM TOGETHER WITH THE WORLD FELLOWS!

How is the university to identify those who are "clearly" going to be leaders. The problem is "leaders" lead and once they are in positions of power, taking time in New Haven is a challenge. In a way Yale itself is an attempt at this strategy with the under 20 set. A good idea whose workability is challenged.
