Provide more recognition for the work that volunteers do to organize shared interest groups: Yale Medal, AYA Board, etc.
If AYA wishes to gain better understanding of how the successful special interest groups work, and their problems and needs, I suggest that AYA bring representatives from such groups onto the Board of Governors.
