Create some kind of grant-making fund at AYA to promote and enable the local clubs to mount successful programs that would engage more alumni and bring in more membership dollars. Run membership development programs from Yale.
Another idea was to limit this idea to clubs operating abroad that need the support more and where the regional payoff could be large -- i.e., an annual event in Beijing, Paris, etc.

Another idea in this same vein was for Yale to pay for at least one lavish club event each year for any club that would meet certain criteria for holding one.
