AYA needs to produce, host and maintain templated web sites for clubs to do membership, event promotion, news and information, etc. This is biggest need and was rated the "no-brainer" of this breakout session.
Another comment was to create an electronic and a print newsletter template that could be supplied from AYA with Yale news of interest and then added to with local club information, events, etc.
Another comment was need for better AYA support in sending out mailings and emailings, to both members and nonmembers.
The problem here will be a qualified person on the club level who will keep the web site up to date. Many of the club sites out there now are dead, out of date, sometimes years dead and out of date. A monitor at the AYA level could have the power to suspend any site that habitually goes out of date.

Another specific mention was given to the need for club volunteers to be able to manage membership databases that link up in real time with Yale's main database.
