Track faculty travel and let clubs know when a great faculty member or administrator is going to be in a certain city for some other reason so that the club can promote the event or create one of its own to take advantage of that faculty member being around.
Book tours struggle to get good attendance for all but a few authors and this is a way to help address this problem.

Another comment in this area was to track faculty sabbaticals and let clubs know when someone is going to be resident in their areas for awhile.
