Clubs and AYA in general perhaps should have some kind of mission statement to focus their programs and development. Ideas for inclusion in such a statement: lifelong learning, building local network, increasing membership, increasing visibility in local community through service, increase giving to Yale, increase Yale connections, integrate all ages, backgrounds into Yale community, provide feedback to Yale. One alumnus in this session said to remember KISS principle -- keep it simple, etc.
