Optional day

Add an optional pre-Assembly day for delegates so that those who are interested can sit in on undergraduate or other courses. Aside from securing approval from faculty members, I think the only other expense would be to set up an early registration desk at Rose Alumni house.

This would help bring alumni closer to the Yale of today, and would encourage alumni-indergraduate contacts to the benefit of both.
