Sustainable housing policy [P0010]
Wealthy communities are realizing that their public service
professionals (e.g. teachers, police, firefighters) are being
priced out of the housing market. This clearly creates some
safety concerns for emergencies when police and firefighters have
to be called in. It also means increased smog and congestion on
the highways when public employees (and others) have to make a
long commute into an area they can't afford to live in. How can
such communities look to their own best interests by housing
their workers?

Less use of hi-beam headlamps [P0040]
Headlights, especially the new high-intensity-discharge lamps,
are temporarily blinding to many drivers. On-coming and following
cars both can contribute to the problem. Driver attention and
courtesy are clearly not sufficient. How can we reduce the driver
blinding effects of excessive use of high-beams ?

What to do in an emergency [P0073]
What to do in an emergency:
You are in your car and stuck already for at least 15 minutes
in a traffic jam. And of course this is the moment that ‘nature
calls’, but where do you go? More specifically for men there
might still be some sort of a solution by running out of their
car and finding the nearest tree to hind behind, but what do you
do if you are a woman? Sorry, it might sound a mundane problem,
but personally I have never been more embarrassed than when I
have to find a way to deal with this. Surely enough there must be
a possibility in which we can do what we need to do while staying
inside the car. Equally, this solution/tool could quite possibly
help in situation where you are out shopping – especially if
case you are with small children – and none of the shops have
public facilities.

Tatoo Concealor [P0127]
I have a tatoo just under my neck. But my Dad would be really
hurt if he gets to know of it, so I always wear a close necked
Tshirt whenever I meet him. But I would love to get another one
on my arm, rather many more. Covering with chlothes is one option
but is there any other way I can conceal the tatoo.
Thanks.

Perfect Balanced Stereo [P0046]
How about in order to balance a stereo system you just hold up
your remote control in any part of the room or house. Hit a
button on the remote control and the stereo sends out a high
pitch sound above your ability to hear it, first for the right
channel then the left. The remote control pick up the sound and
adjust the volumn to balance both channels by sending a message
to increase or decrease the sound by infraed.
