Do both sites share the same owners? If so, why not consolidate them into one site with both the functionalities you mentioned? What is the need for two sites doing the same thing?
Different owners. The bakery is usually for more humourous speculation, usually without intentions to create them. This site borrowed the bakery code with more serious intentions.
