I think this is a idea that suggests breaking a few voting laws, but this is it. With some of the canidates money, they could start voting clubs. this would be a free, local, club with auctoins, raffles, give aways and hats, banners, and signs. then on voting day, everyone would go and vote for that canidate.

This is not such a novel idea. Many politicians have been known to sponsor public entertainment, partly to increase their popularity and garner votes, but of course not on a quid pro quo basis.

I think they already have these except they are called "political parties". And if you've ever lived in a city where one of their conventions was being held you'd understand how appropriately the term "party" fits. : ]
