How are people with vision problems supposed to shave in the shower, or even in the bathroom with hot water running? Maye they'll be like sports glasses, but cheaper, like swimming goggles.

Absolutely. I have worn glasses my entire life, and fogging has always been an real annoyance. But how can this be done?Do some goggles have this feature,as you seem to imply?
Easier to add an anti-fog substance to the glasses.
