There needs to be a way for those of us who contribute early to the public radio fund drive to be rewarded (and others to be incentivized). Could NPR give you another frequency when you make your pledge where the regular programming takes place? Those who haven't contributed will continue to be harangued by the fund raisers.

There may be other ways to accomplish the same thing - I'd love to hear more ideas.
