By now microwaves have frimly established their position in kitchens world around. Let's apply a symmetry tool to this ingenious invention. How often you have fancied a cool beer and it's not at hand. A Quickcool device which cools down, say a beer, as fast as a microwave heats up?

This is an excellent idea that is long overdue. There is a wine cooler that operates by immersing the wine bottle into water that is quick chilled. However, what is being proposed sounds more like a dry cooler that would operate by slowing the molecules. It could be much more compact and portable. It might mean that beer tops would have to be made from some different material. There is great potential in this genius idea.
There is the Peltier device. Should work nicely. Haven't seen them in the kitchen yet. Great idea.
