A vertical javascript navbar with all the categories (and subcategories as flyout menu items), perhaps separated in a different color table from the basic non-category links, would be nice and reduce the time spent for hunting the proper category in which to post an idea.

As well as a longer character max for these form input boxes!!!! (hence the lack of spaces in this idea's title)
