Birthday cakes? Sure.

Why not have a service the produces and delivers birthday pizzas? The pizzas could be decorated with birthday message toppings.

Think about it.

Visit a walk-in pizza place that's locally owned and explain the situation. They'll be happy to do it. Try and explain it over the phone to a teenager getting paid 6 bucks an hour, and meet opposition. Common sense.

Should be part of the "secret menu" at any restaurant. But I would still insist on doing something worthwhile for my birthday. I'd rather that everyone forgot rather than get only a special pizza.
