Birthday cakes? Sure.

Why not have a service the produces and delivers birthday pizzas? The pizzas could be decorated with birthday message toppings.

its a good idea. but you could always just switch the toppings around by hand.

Visit a walk-in pizza place that's locally owned and explain the situation. They'll be happy to do it. Try and explain it over the phone to a teenager getting paid 6 bucks an hour, and meet opposition. Common sense.
