Why not have a web based problem solving tool combining connectivity and a built in, high quality problem solving process in one package. The program will enable one person to coach or facilitate another person or a team using the in built structure.

The way it would work is by providing questions and a coaching process to guide the coach. Each section of the problem solving process would have a built in series of questions which the coach can select, edit and send to the client. The client then types a response which is sent back to the coach. In this way a dialogue is built up for each section

The process could be based on many available problem solving processes and there could be sets of questions which can be customised to deal with different situations.

It would provide a clear record of each stage of the process enabling sessions to be restarted and reviewed. Action points would be automatically recordedleading to increased commitment and verifiable progress.

The program would have a facilitative approach leading to the participants owning the solutions generated.

It could provide coaching hints and advice which would assist the coach in asking the right questions and organising the responses.

The final section would represent the action steps the client would take as a result of the session.
