I wish international flights had audio bookson it. it doesn't seem to be too costly sincethey offer music and movies already. long flights seem to be perfect for audio books....

That would be nice and could include language teaching tapes to teach common terms for use in the country you are traveling too. This could even include the bible.

Google "audio books" There are plenty of sources and plenty of devices. If you want to learn a language, add that term to the search.

A battery-powered cassett player plus a good audio book would work well enough.

Me, I listen to them on the car cassette player. (Long commute)
