Many people have specific things they want to see if their political candidate reaches office. They may donate, along with a letter detailing their desires.

However, that candidate is under no obligation to follow their supporters' desires once he gets in office, and the threat of $2000 less campaign money the "next time around" may not be enough to push them into following up on their directions.

Why not provide a contractual mechanism where donators can demand their contribution back if a politician doesn't live up to their promises?
