I occasionally see commercials on television. Some of them have rather interesting music in the background, music that makes me want to "buy the album."

While a website that compiles lists of commercials and the source for their background music would be useful enough for me, the idea can ba expanded a bit. How about a website that compiles many of the same bits of information about commercials that IMDB compiles about movies and television?

Of course, some pieces of information wouldn't be available, such as titles, and the information would certainly be more difficult to come by. Certainly there's no public "title," and there's obviously no credits at the end. However, I still think a community would be able to list information like who was shown, where it was filmed, and what the background music was.
