Having a special room at work, where employees can go when they are really upset about something. The companies must ensure to keep the identity of people visiting the frustration well (FW) confidential. Only one person can visit the FW at a time. The room will carry pictures of some of company's senior most executives. Employees can go into this soundproof room and yell or say whatever they want, they'll also have an option of entering their names and respective groups they work for. The room will carry a frustration meter where an employee can rate his or her frustration on a scale of 10 on 5 to 6 parameters.
The company would not use the name of the employee, the only thing management would do is capturing the frustration index for each group, branch or division and function (or may be a few other such broad categories) and some general characteristics of the individuals visiting the FW i.e.: Gender, marital status, daily commute from home to work, age etc.
After getting the frustration index on the above categories the management can have a clear sense of frustration level in different teams and div etc, it can then take some actions to reduce the level of frustration in high frustration zone, it can look for reasons and factors that causes frustrations, it can also publicly announce the least frustrated group and identify factors that help reduce frustration in teams. The tool can also help companies identify frustration seasonality (comparing it with business seasonality) and develop correlations between business activities and circumstances and frustration levels.
Note: The reason for placing the pictures of company's senior exec. is to express the fact that the senior management is willing to take responsibility for any emotional damage that might have been caused to any of company's employee.

The assumption that upper echelons of management are tolerant of psychological resentment of employees is most likely idealistic to an unreasonable degree. Most likely any employee exhibiting this attitude would be summarily dismissed.
