I was in Target this evening and while walking past a woman pushing a cart with kids running around her I heard one of them say, "Cheetos!!!" The mom's response was priceless, "You can't have Cheetos because you get orange fingerprints on the wallpaper..." The Cheetos Bib was born while sitting at a stop light on the way home.
A small pack of thin bibs would be attached to the outside of the bag, kinda like wet naps. Being more of a gimmick, this could turn into a promotional tool to cross-promote some soda (or 'pop' to the Northerners) by putting their logo on them. Then again, having a Cheetos Bib on the bag could come in handy.

Great way for a store to give away ads and coupons. If mon wants the coupon, she can get another wipe for the kid.
You should only need a couple - why stick extras to each bag? It seems like it would unnecessarily increase the price.
