One thing I do is use Google Alerts for my job finding needs.

Google Alerts are useful for many applications and reasons. Just ask your mind for what you need and it will give it to you.

Now if only I could find a company I can work with that is excited about my culturally creative [1] identity and sees the opportunities in hiring someone like me! Wishful thinking? I hope not.

Extra Tip: Add Toronto (or the location where you want to work) to your alert.
