How about making a bandaid out of the material they use to make breathable soft contact lenses ( the kind you can wear overnight)? These allow oxygen through and could be saturated with a germicidal solution. Make them in rectangular shapes like standard bandaids.
The advantages are: they will not stick to the wound, they are transparent so you could monitor the healing of your wound. I have not fully solved the problem of how to get them to attach to the skin. Maybe someone can suggest something: they managed to attach slippery Teflon to the bottom of frying pans, so this should be do-able.

Someone makes a liquid bandage that you apply over the wound and it dries like a flexible bandage. It will wash off over a period of time, but keeps out germs and dirt and allows time for the wound to close. I'm not sure the name though.
