When reading a text in a browser which is a few screens long, 'Page down' is used to scroll down a page. The eyes go up to the top of the screen where the line one was up to is found about 3 lines from the top. The problem occurs when the last screen is half a page long, the line one was up to is maybe half way down the page and you have to go searching for it. This can be annoying. My suggested solution is that the last part screen should behave in exactly the same way as full screens and the bottom half of the screen would just be plain empty scpace.
