Wouldn't it be nice to have a simple extension in Mozilla to detect, if the site offers a printable (which unfortunately often also means readable) version of the current page?

When encountering a printabile page, the browser accompanied with the extension would present an icon, like with the live bookmark, somewhere in the statusbar to open the printable page into a new tab?

What do you think of this idea or comment?
