Free Internet to Institutions | |||||||||||||||||
Why not give free broadband internet to institutions for education. this can be done by the government. this will help bring down the expenditure of the privately funded institutions and ofcourse help the students academically.

Internet is cheap anyway. You wouldn't gain much having everyone pay for it, in fact may lose implementing it.Besides we all know what college kids will do the the open pipes they get, and with that they should pay for it themselves.
Its preposterous that institutions should be expected to pay, given their influence and contributions. I'd posit that infrastructure should also be provided, but I don't see that becoming popular.
