There must be hundreds or even thousands of people around our World, looking for each other, in this case Donors, looking for Applicants and vice versa, but do not know where to find each other.

All intended Donors should share a common web site, built and financed by them, a site where Applicants for donations could post their Project / Program via the Feedback system, either giving details on this web site, or quoting their own web site containing either their E-mail, Fax, Phone, P.O Box number, or home address explaining the main details of their Program / Project.

This way the intended Donors would not be pestered by Applicants for donations. Once a Donor decides whether he or she would like to contribute to an "X" Project or Program, they would contact the person responsible for the posting via that person's E-mail, Fax or Phone, but not giving their own address, be it E-mail, Fax, Phone or Home address. The Applicant can then reply to the Donor via the Applicant's own Web Page, this system would carry on this way, until a real contact is required. I thought this up, as I can imagine what the Donors would have to put up with, by disclosing their addresses!

For intended Applicants to contact Institutions, NGO's etc. who advertise their site giving their E-mail address etc. is just a waste of time, you only get humiliated by most of these so called helpers, as they simply do not bother to give you a reply! All they would have to do is reply saying "Thank you for your contact, but at present we are unable to help you", quite short and simple, but apparently there are not many gentlemanly people around these days.

If any Donor/s thinks this idea is worthwhile, please name your shared web site with as simple as possible name, something like:www.donerssite.com or what ever! Thank you, Anthony

The system would need to be a little more developed than simply hooking up Investment Capitalists with Inventors. The Investor wants reasonable assurance that their money will be put to good and as-advertised use.

A database would need to be built that would list all the different professions that would need to be included to make the proposed project possible. All the engineers, businesspersons, clerks, research assistants, ... Also, the vendors would need to be identified for allowing for estimation of costs related to producing products. A GANT chart could provide a simple method of visuallizing the total flow of all resources related to time, costs, and personnel. This also provides the inventor with a broader scope of what is required to make their idea a reality. A "Lessons Learned" section would allow subsequent Inventors and Investors to learn from previous mistakes.
