Delivery Donuts | |||||||||||||||||
Skip the alarm clock! I want a subscription service that will ring my doorbell each morning, leave my coffee and two plain glazed on the doorstep. If every morning is too often to consume donuts (and I bet for many it is not) you can still call in delivery the night before or on weekend mornings.. Deliver the donuts in insulated bags like pizza drivers use, and have them piping hot at your door. Besides, you can't outsource the service industry.

I had a similar idea: take the spare capacity of pizzeria ovens and your local supermarket bakeries and use it in the morning to deliver Fresh bread to your door. More nutritious than donuts, but same general idea. If you want to build your own wood burning oven, that's ok too. Also subscription based.
While I'm not a big donut fan I'd love to see more food items delivered - not just pizza and Chinese.
MMMM... (mouth watering)Donuts anytime.:)
Think how little donuts cost each, then think how much gas and delivery employees cost.
I doubt that many people need their 2 donuts piping hot on their doorstop. Certainly not enough to warrant delivery. Maybe if it was 200 for a large company you could get some attention. Even if they did offer it, if the cost to you reflected the cost to them, you probably wouldn't even pay it.
When was the last time you could see your feet??? Many many moons ago I bet!!
Talk about someone being LAZY

To improve the quality of the coffee as the delivery guy is making his rounds, it would be a good idea to make the coffee in the truck, so it should have a coffee machine to make fresh coffee every round. Otherwise it can cool down a bit even if it is insulated over the next hour.
That's a great idea for those that insist on being 'served' regularly by others. If that's a luxury you can afford, I say GO FOR IT! But seriously, can you imagine what the dog-nutz and bean-juice would cost to have delivered, not to consider, DAILY?!
Is there a market for this?
This could only work in residential environments where clients are close together like a hotel . . .Wait! They have room service already. Bad idea.
