Ice cream for those of us with lactose intolerance (At least 15% of the population). They already make lactose-free MILK, why can't they go the next step and make lactose-free Ice cream using the lactose-free milk?!?!? Or how about lactose-free Chocolate Milk?

How about some lactose-free cheese, while we're at it?

Great idea!!! I wonder how the lactose free markets are doing financially. Is lactose part of any process in the production of ice cream or cheese? If not, yeah!!!

I believe Lactaid (producer of the popular lactose-free milk) makes a lactose-free ice cream called "Scoopfuls". Breyers is also said to make one, those I've never seen it myself.

They make lactose free cheese, its made with protein, so it goes down easy. The name is Smart Beat, I found it a walmart but it only comes in 12 slice packs, so it goes fast buts its good.
