John, interesting observation…..and a natural product extension of the casinos. But don’t you mean “….generate lots MORE money”?

Prostitution is left up to the states to decide because the federal government does not ban it. At the moment Nevada is the only state to have legal prostitution and some municipalities like Las Vegas outlaw it themselves. You would have to look into if it is in the right of the reservation legally to not abide by state Prostitution law. Its a great idea and a possible pilot program for having Prostitution be decriminalized in more places if it is successful. Another issue might be where the women come from. In some states even if it does turn out that it is a sovereign right then i bet they would make it only legal for women living in the reservation
