The "categoryBox" scrolling divs on some individual topic pages are being over-layed by the heading text.

I was once enamored with scrolling divs and iframes, but the novelty has worn off. I think keeping CSS as simple as possible is best for cross-platform compliance. And even I myself tried incorporating scrolling divs into my own pages, eventually I realized they serve no purpose, they are just for their own sake.

Please kill the scrolling divs.
