The Self-Cleaning Car | |||||||||||||||||
What do you do when you have just washed your car and a flock of seagulls comes out of nowhere? Are you not tired of paying $15 to wash your car only to have it instantly dirtied by birds, tree sap, or their neighbor’s dog? The Self Cleaning Car is the solution to all your dirty car problems! How it works: 4 Pumps are fastened below the car, (1) in front, (1) in back and (2) under each side that can deliver: a powerful burst of sudsy water, then a stream of water to rinse, and finally, a waxing/drying solution that will help to quickly dry the car and leave behind a nice shine. The optimal time for a cleaning cycle to complete is 4 minutes. This installation will be complex enough that it should be done in the factory.

Yesh, but costly to include.
Cheaper to hire a 12 yo delinquent with a pellet gun to shoot the seagulls. Pay him enough that he's not tempted to shoot out your car windows.
I doubt that this would be effective without including mechanical scrubbers.
I agree it will be prohibitvely expensive. Why not consider an upward directed frequency generator the waves of which will be tuned to cause spasms in the "exit point" of the birds. This will prevent fouling from a flying bird until it passes over the car.
