In your car, pop in a tape or dvd. Follow the instructions. The kit you buy has a squeeze ball, a fitness (rubber) band that allows you to do curls (wrap it around your foot at traffic lites), a 5 or 8 pound weight for arm raises, etc. You can also do isometrics - as the tape instructs you to do. Product is cheap to produce and copy. Just worry about marketing costs and the CHP. Although I have seen women put on make-up and do accupunture while driving as well.

That is a good way to spend time in the car especially when it is traffic! A lot of time is wasted on the road and your eyes are just glued to the same scenarios on the road everyday. So why not make use of that time to do something like that? SOmething healthy for our body too! Many people may not have enough time to exercise regularly so if they can really do that on their way to work it is a superb time- saver and a health package all in one. Hhmm..the exercise kit may be built in already inside the car so that the space is conserved.^.^
