Cahrities send mailing labels to homes and hope that they will send the contribution check back. Many people either don't want to send or forget to send, or don't have time.Charities can use RFID in the mailing labels they send. Whenever a mailer uses the mailing label, the post office, while sorting, will charge the mailer 10 cents (for example) for the charity. The charity will not have to process credit cards, checks etc. and the user will not feel guilt that he used the labels but never paid.

Aside from the unliklihood of the government getting involved in the bookkeeping of charities, RFID labels are still in the area of economic pricing which might make the process too expensive.
Apart from the issue of the Post Office not wanting to do Charities collecting, optical "3d" barcodes could be used, as the tags would be cheaper.
