New Car Improvements | |||||||||||||||||
I live in the Chicago area and commute to the city during the week. There are so many driver descriptions. #1 The retired people with poor vision and driving skills hitting the road during the work commute! What are they thinking? #2 The men (almost 100% men) who have to be in the lead. ie... If you change lanes and they believe you may beat them, they will cut you off to stay ahead. #3 Finally, my favorite. The taxi drivers that drive 20 mph below the speed limit and just can't stay in their lanes. My solution to these crazies is to have a car equipped with a device that leaves a mark on the cars of bad drivers. This would be used to warn other good drivers on their way to work. If a bad driver cuts you off, you simply shoot a marker on their car as a warning to others. Of course, the marker would disappear by 9:00 a.m., but we would all be warned. The bad driver would be identified, thus saving the rest of us from aggravation and potential accidents.

Considering the macho nature of the problems, shooting paint at offending drivers would no doubt result in very entertaining games developing between drivers as to how many cars could get painted. This would no doubt make for very lively driving but a doubtful environment for safety.
Please don't leave out the teenage girl with the cell phone glued to her ear or the soccer mom with one eye in the back seat and the other in the make-up tin.
Oh, and if you wanna see real road rage you just vandalize my car with your paintballs when you miss the target. Or are you planning to tailgate to get a good shot?
Apparently, petty, you didn't read the ratings or you would see that to this point only the original poster likes this idea.
