I solved the problem of the messy transfer of leaves from blower vacuum canvas bags into large disposable paper bags and into biodegradable plastics bags - see www.ecosafepowerbag.com

However, blowers are still too noisy. I wonder if dampening their noise with a soft noise-absorption cover would work.
