Is there a way to mute or temporarly disable another cars speakers without doing perment damage to the target? This would be very useful at intersections when one is forced to listen to the car next to them at a red light. I know if you open up just about any electronic divice it says that it must accecpt outside interfearance. Can this be exploited without any perment effects, and aimed so as not to interfear with nontargets (friendly cars, banks, alarms). An EMP is out of the question. Maybe a low watt microwave, or a way to "cancel" the targets noise with ?the oppiset freaquance?

Any device capable of generating electric sparks will also generate ststic across the whole electro-magnetic spectrum. I don't know if this is illegal but it might work.
Static sent to the target will force them to turn down the volume, if they care or can hear it. The "popping" sound you get from uninsulated spark plug wires. Increase the range
what about controling where the sound is going. like directed speakers if the sound could travel like a lazer and be directed far distances in a small area we wouldn't need to produce extra noise to those who don't wish to hear it. The world would be a better place with out so much noise.
