gasoline prices | |||||||||||||||||
as i understand it that supply and demand set the price of gas for the day. what i dont understand is when they buy there gas for lets say 2.00 a gallon and buy 10,000 gallons im sure that by the next day that they didnt sell all of the 10,00 gallons bought but dont hesitat to raise prices .the gas in the tanks has already been paid for so why not sell it for x amount until the next shipment arrives? why gouge americans!!!1

I have been driving Hybrid cars for over 6 years and love it both for its good gas mileage as well as for environmental reasons. While pure electric cars might be technologically feasible, as long as we depend on fossil fuel to generate electricity, we are going to destroy environment and cause health problems. Government should invest in the future of technology-colleges and universities. When my son joined Ph.D program in physics-studying nano technology-many friends asked me whether he was preparing to study unemployment. Invest in studies, bring back basic sciences. It is sad to see basic science classes empty in Universities across the Globe.
