How to improve international economy?

Everyday, we can see and hear in the news that there is a threat in the economy of a certain country. It may be a result of a political, socio-economic activity or a natural disaster like earthquakes and tsunamis. Every year, almost all of the countries have an increasing rate of inflation. This only means that the world is getting poorer and poorer. That is why; developing countries are having a hard time to recover from their economic slumps. The experts say that the problem is their own government, but I think otherwise. The problem is the economic system.

I think that the only solution is to reboot or restart the international economy by putting all the government funds, including the gold reserves, into one world-economy governing body. This agency will account all the financial resources of all governments and will distribute to all of them by the ratio of their population. Take note that all currencies will be equal in the start of the new international economy. This means that they can improve the value of their currency by good economic performance. In this way, all countries will be able to jumpstart their economy and someday will eradicate the continuing problem of poverty.

Wow, is THAT a bad idea. More power in fewer hands, further removed from control. Sorry.
