Why not have dentists wait until all adult teeth are fully grown in, then have a full antibacterial cleaning followed by a full tooth cap. What I am trying to say is why not place a water/air/germ proof selant over the teeth to prevent tooth decay? perfect teeth, no brushing, no dentist bill, that may be the problem the dentist would loose buisness after this invention came out!

Aside from the lack of current technology to seal teeth permanantly, many cavities start at or below the gum line and just decent hygene demands you get food particles out from inbetween teeth.
