What do you think of a workout device that will provide more physical benefits with less effort and not being bored? I think this is a great idea for those people whose kinda' lazy workingout but wanted to have a tone and firm body. The idea is you'll be placing the device in whatever part of your body that you want to develop, no pain but you'll gain improvementslet's say in a week or two.NO PAIN,YOU GAIN?

i think that your idea is good!!!!! having a good body is a necessity for handsome guys like me!!!! but am really lazy in going to the gym because that shit takes time and i don't have time!!!! i need to study and read the bible i dont have time to lift weights! so if ever you know someone who invented this machine already hook me up!!! This is a very good idea, just think about this, you'll be like Pong Pagong in no time, with Big body and healthy brain. I think mr.kiko maching will need a lot of this. I want to develop my muscle in the ass, I think we'll really need a device like this. NO PAIN NO GAIN.. TRY AND TRY UNTIL YOU DIE... FIX UR LIFE.... CLEAN UR LIFE!!
By the way, i think, if evr this machine be invented, you'll need Hulk Hogan to promote and endorse your product.. or why not Martha Stewart or Steven Tyler, coz he'll need a lot of workout in his mouth.
Who would be against such machine? They say though, for a full body work out, which is fun and usually free, you can always rely on sex. Burns them calories up!

powerplate its just a vibrating ground were you just stand its a good idea but you still are putting effort been stand up but still not pain, not gain
