I like this idea, you could probably use something similar to a model airship but it would be a major project to build the tracking technology that allowed it to sit in just the right position over your head no matter where you were. What would happen to it when you got in the car or went indoors? I suppose you could use a real cloud but this would mean changing the temperature, pressure and water vapour content of the air just over your head, which would be even more difficult to do than build the tracking system for the airship hat.

I was thinking that the cloud hat should also have a remote control. It will also detect if you are indoors and it will automatically disappear just like a cloud..and if it will be made of tangible materials..then it will scroll down inside the remote control and be tucked in there. thanks for commenting..I do hope something like this evolves..it will be fun to have a cloud hat hovering above your head..technology?yes.. it will require much research and developments but I believe its worth the investment! ^.~
