I suppose this is geared for those who use Clinique make-up products, specifically, the clarifying lotion where you can use a cotton ball on press on the top pump which then moistens the cotton ball with the lotion/cleanser. Well, Clinique and other make-up brands have smaller bottles like eye-liner remover where some people use a Q-Tip and sometimes drop it accidentally in the bottle. Why not have a pump for a Q-Tip?
