Instead of removing car horns from cars due to the annoying drivers that over-beep and cause tempers to flare on the road... why not replace the car horn with a direct link car communication system using infrared communication technology (or bluetooth or whatever else)? Instead of pressing your steering wheel in order to make a noise so loud that anybody within a half mile radius of your car can hear your beeping, you can just select which car you want to "engage" in communication through a radar similar to those found in fighter jets (of course not THAT sophisticated)and press a button that automatically sends a warning sound DIRECTLY inside the car you're linked to.
