I have found that I could bake a small cake in a microwave oven and the cakes take about 6 minutes to bake. They have no brown crust but they are nicely done. But there are no plastic muffin pans that fit my oven. It would be nice to find a round muffin pan that would fit my microwave. I know it is possible to use paper muffin cups but the cake sticks to the paper. A round teflon plastic muffin pan would be convenient.
