Why not create a tv/dvd/vcd/cd/mp3/radio player all in one? By creating this, we won't have to buy each stuff separately and this will minimize the use of space in our house.

Add a TV circuit card to your computer and you have the device which also functions as a computer monitor.
A number of reasons:
1: each element device would be compromised somewhat to fit it in.
2: If the an element fails or becomes obsolete, you'd have to add a device anyway to over come it.
3: If an element needs serviced, you would be without the whole set.
