As someone who has reached the age where several pills must be taken regularly I found that a gulp of water was insufficient to lubricate the seven pills I take nightly at once. I have dicovered that a small piece of banana squashed around the pills in my mouth gets them down easily in one go. Not a world shaking idea but useful.
