Why not have a stomach staple procedure for obese babies? I'm talking the real fat ones that go on the Maury Povich Fat Baby episodes. It worked for Al Roker and others, lets give these kids a chance at a normal life!

Because no physician in their right mind would alter a 5 year old's body like that. It's not really the kids' fault either, their parents are idiots. Any extreme procedure requires some pretty intense recovery procedures. If the parents can't follow through, just like they hadn't followed through in the first place, the kid will probably die.
