Conserving Sound Energy | |||||||||||||||||
My idea is that we constantly keep on hearing all kinds of sounds, noise etc on a busy street or road. Can we use some kind of small devices like microphoes that could convert this constant sound energy into electricty. This electricity may be used efficiently for running some electric device. Another possibility is to use the same kind of technology in car's muffler, which constantly keeps on vibrating.

You couldn't collect enough energy that way to do much of anything. The cost of the system would grossly outweigh the value of the power collected.
