As I live in a somewhat cold region of the world, I would like to have a steering wheel with heating inside it (like heating in the car seats). This would save me from cold hands many cold mornings..

many luxury cars already have this feature. Try "building your own" on BMW's site and you'll be able to add the option (it is often a part of the cold-weather packages, too)
